In Person Team Training

Our 4-hour staff training program goes over EVERYTHING your staff will need to be able to execute flawlessly service and teamwork. This is targeted mainly at floor staff but always advise you get your chefs and managers in as well to for the session. We will aim to cover the full metrics of customer service, practices, upselling, how to defuse an explosive situation, how to manage problem customers, table setting, working efficiently as a team and provide tips on the best ways to interact with customers.
